Most jewelry is custom-made; therefore, we cannot offer refunds or returns unless a piece is found to be faulty. In certain cases, we can provide an exchange for another item.

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and defective, in the original condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
